A media kit for YouTubers that fills itself in.
Connect your channel and Vyndle builds your media kit from the numbers the platforms report. You choose when it goes live.
What a media kit is for
A media kit is a one-page pitch to brands. It shows who you are, what you make, who watches, and how to work with you. Brands use it to decide whether to reply, so it needs to be short, current and easy to check.
YouTube has one too, if you qualify
YouTube offers a customisable media kit inside YouTube Studio, as part of its Creator Partnerships tab.[1] To get that tab, a channel must be in the YouTube Partner Program, be run by someone 18 or older, be based in an available country, and have no active Community Guidelines strikes.[1] The Partner Program has its own thresholds for subscribers and for watch hours or Shorts views, which vary by country.[2] YouTube's kit is built around your YouTube channel.[1] If you are still growing, or you post on Instagram and TikTok as well, you may want a kit you can make today.
How Vyndle builds yours
Sign up free and connect YouTube, Instagram (creator or business accounts) or TikTok. Vyndle pulls your numbers from each platform, so you never type them in. Each platform gets its own row, and nothing adds one platform's numbers to another's.
- YouTube: your public subscriber count and how your recent videos are doing.
- Instagram and TikTok: your followers, how that changed over 28 days, and how your recent posts are doing.
- Instagram: where your audience lives and their main age group, when Instagram provides it.
- Vyndle: your followers here, plus page views and link clicks over 28 days.
You add the rest: where you're based, the languages you make content in, the posts you want to feature, and your rates. Rates can be public, on request, or hidden.
It stays off until you turn it on
Your media kit is off when you sign up. When you turn it on, it gets its own link, like vyndle.co/@you/media-kit. Anyone with the link can open it, and search engines may find it. Turn it off and the link stops working.
Brands can get in touch from it
You can let brands send you an enquiry straight from your kit. We email the brand a link to confirm the enquiry first, and only confirmed enquiries reach your dashboard. Your email address stays private. You reply when you're ready.
Everything you make. One place that's yours.
Your kit sits beside your Vyndle page: one link for your posts, photos, short videos and links. Fans can follow you with a free account, and they hear about every new post in their feed, in notifications and in an email round-up. See a real page at vyndle.co/@vyndle.
What to put in any media kit
- A short line on who you are and what you make.
- Your audience: how many, where they are, how engaged.
- Two or three posts or videos you're proud of.
- Your rates, or how to ask for them.
- One clear way to get in touch.
Keep it to one page, and keep the numbers current. Want to pitch with it? Read our guide to getting brand deals on YouTube.
Your page is waiting.
It's free, and it takes a few minutes.
