- Is Vyndle free?
- Yes. Your page and your posts are free, with no card needed. Later we plan to add an optional Pro plan with extra tools.
- Which platforms can I connect?
- YouTube, and Instagram creator or business accounts. We plan to add TikTok later.
- Do I need a YouTube or Instagram account?
- You can sign up as a creator with YouTube, Instagram or your email. To show follower counts from a platform, connect that account, then turn on follower counts in Links & Socials.
- What do you pull from my accounts, and what do you keep?
- Your profile details and follower counts, plus audience stats like views, reach, and your audience's age, gender and country. We use them for your dashboard, for the follower counts on your page if you turn them on, and for your media kit once you turn it on. You sign in to YouTube and Instagram on their own pages, so we never see those passwords. Our Privacy Policy lists everything we collect and why.
- Do you verify who I am?
- No. We confirm your email address, and we pull your stats straight from YouTube and Instagram. Neither one checks who you are.
- How do my followers hear about new posts?
- Each new post shows up in your followers' Vyndle feed and notifications. Followers who turn on push alerts get one for new videos, galleries and titled posts. We also email followers a round-up of new posts, which they can turn off at any time.
- Can brands contact me?
- Yes, once you turn on your media kit (it starts off). The kit has an enquiry form that brands use to send you a message, and you reply from your dashboard.
- Can fans or brands pay me through Vyndle?
- No. There are no payments on Vyndle right now.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings in your dashboard and choose Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep afterwards, and for how long.
